On Selfishness and Humility

Author: Fr Vassilios Bakoyiannis
Format: Softcover
Pages: 127

Description:
Life is beautiful, but it is often wounded and distorted by the passions. Among them, the greatest harm is caused by selfishness, the root and ruler of many other sins.

In this insightful spiritual work, Fr Vassilios Bakoyiannis examines how selfishness operates within the soul and how it affects our thoughts, behaviour, faith, relationships, family life, and obedience to God. With clarity and pastoral wisdom, he shows the path toward overcoming this destructive passion through repentance, humility, and a life united with the humble Christ.

The book guides readers toward true spiritual transformation, encouraging them to reject pride and self-centredness so they may live in the grace of God and become heirs of His Kingdom.
