Product and Custom Regalia Enquiries

To help us understand your requirements, please include:

• The product name or link, or a description of the item you need.
• Your Order, degree, rank or office, and Constitution or jurisdiction.
• The quantity required and any preferred colours, embroidery, lettering or emblems.
• Reference photographs or design details, if available.
• Your delivery country and any ceremony or installation deadline.

For fitted or made-to-order items, see our sizing guide. Label any measurements clearly as body measurements or finished-garment measurements, and state the units used.

Lodge, Chapter and Bulk Orders

Dedicated lodge and chapter quotations: Request bulk pricing for Masonic aprons and coordinated officer regalia. Include the organisation, constitution, quantities and destination in your enquiry.

For a group quotation, send the item list, quantities, required offices or ranks, customisation details and delivery country. Let us know if the pieces need to form a coordinated set.

Existing Orders

Please provide your order number, the email address used at checkout and a brief description of your enquiry. If an item has arrived damaged or differs from your order, include photographs of the item and packaging to help us review the issue.

Ordering for a Ceremony?

Contact us before ordering if you need regalia by a particular date. Preparation or production time is separate from delivery time after dispatch. Share your required date, product and destination so we can advise on timing.

For general delivery information, please read our shipping policy.
